Matt 6:33ing Project Management is my core company based on the bible verse Matt 6:33. I started this company in 2020 during the pandemic with the determination to show up in the marketplace consistently per that bible verse.
Matt 6:33ing Project Management is a Consulting and Project Management business supporting individuals and/or organizations to add and deduct “things” profitably and successfully in their pursuits/projects. My professional expertise and focus (starting in 2015) involved INDUSTRIAL construction project management. Recently in 2023, my focus increased to include Quality Management for building and site construction. The best part of the work over the years was advising and coaching professionals on how to lead and manage their projects.
Change is good! December 2025, my direct corporate roles ended and I retired. Entrepreneurial work officially started in 2026!
I am a disciplined and responsible professional able to manage and complete concurrently running projects. A Certified Project Manager, PMP, since 2017 and OSHA-30 trained in 2025 (refresher every 3-5 years). Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Building and Site Construction with 22 years of experience. I started my career as a project engineer on an office building project (1st Street NE DC - Care First Blue Cross Blue Shield). In December 2022, I completed the certification to become a Certified SCRUM Master (SCRUM Alliance), CSM which is adding extreme value to my project delivery style and exposing me to Agile practices.
Since 2015, I managed average budgets of $14M - $60M for 200K - 1.1M SF for shell tilt wall buildings and tenant fit-outs of 3K - 35K SF. Most noteworthy, completing a non-sort 1M SF warehouse and later a 225K SF Delivery Station for the Amazon customer. Completed a 1.1M SF warehouse speculative build in 2023 that completed on time and budget. Over the years, God blessed me to work on teams for jobs in the District of Columbia, Texas, Utah, and Virginia with Balfour Beatty, Duke Realty, Hillwood Construction Services, and Ryan Companies.
I have a Bachelor of Architecture degree and a Master of Science, Construction Management degree.
I am able to coach, consult, and perform administrative duties part-time associated with construction project management, however; after completing Real Estate School 1Q26 (Champions School of Real Estate), I am on a new career path in residential real estate! More to come in 2026...

Additional competencies – a visionary, strategic planner, client focus, facilitator, organized, process driven, and a problem solver. What excites me about the real estate business is the opportunity to learn regularly, be mentored, and mentor others. The people I meet and work alongside on my real estate journey will benefit from these competencies. I am excited about boosting my negotiation excellence and growing my understanding of sales strategies.
My past jobs in construction operations and quality management allowed me to be an in-house construction consultant and a project management coach. Responsibilities included training teams to plan and execute their project plans for their projects. Secondly, I developed tools and systems to improve project management processes for construction (and design) teams. In particular, utilizing PROCORE. I do miss the construction trailer life, meeting so many people, and seeing the key results of our efforts when we turn over a building for occupancy. I look forward to a similar key result for clients to "occupy" a house that will be their home and/or investment.
Working hard leads to profitable outputs in the marketplace and service at my church that pleases the Lord Jesus. Beyond that work, I am fully dedicated to fitness (cardio and weight training) and eventually getting back out on the golf course to improve my game! Playing hard also includes domestic and international travel, reading/learning, and staying connected with my family & "best-life" friend.
I currently reside in the Dallas/Fort Worth area in Princeton (Collin County). I am originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I plan to start my real estate career in the Allen/Fairview/Lucas area.
